在馬爾代夫的最南部，需要乘坐馬爾代夫的國內航線前往，並在抵達後轉乘酒店的快艇到渡假島。 酒店的接機送機還是非常不錯的，還贈送了國內出發的機場貴賓室。 不知道為什麼原因，這裡的海水很多都是海藻，下水出來後一定要沖洗乾淨。 房間一定要預訂海邊房型，價格都一樣，有日落房間還有其他許多選擇，但一定要選擇海灘房，其他的房型有許多被樹木徹底的遮擋，或、還裡面都是石頭，還特別的水淺。

We are here now, on our second day and I would advise people to look elsewhere. We landed in Male and were looking for a hotel representative to meet us there, but nobody was to be seen. I was asking other companies and eventually someone told us to go to the information desk in the airport, only for them to pass us a piece of paper with the hotel phone number on and told us to phone them. We tried for over an hour and could not get through, nobody was answering at the other end. By this point I had had enough and wanted to get back on plane and go back home, this must have noticed by a local guide as he came over to me and asked what the problem was. He tried to telephone the hotel, but also could not get through. This local guide, who had nothing to do with this hotel, really helped us, and guided us to the transfer point for our seaplane transfer , he even walked us into the lounge and told us the time of the transfer. We eventually got here. We went for the evening meal and soon realised you need to come in early as there was not much food left and what we had was cold. Breakfast - I ordered a poach egg, but it came far too late and had already eaten everything else I had picked. We have noticed so far, you need to go into the restaurant as soon as they open so you get more opportunity of getting the food on show. Another issue is, if you want to take a drink out of the bar, you have to pay for it, I don’t understand why, but would be nice to sit on the jetty with a drink watching the world go by. I would not advise anyone to come here.

If you’re looking for an amazing time in beautiful Maldives DON’T choose this hotel. I read reviews before going and hoped that it won’t be that bad but most of the recent reviews are spot on! The food is repetitive (tuna steak and undercooked meat stews) even the pancakes at breakfast are a disappointment. I’m not a big foodie but the selection was quite poor. Also you’re allocated seating place and not allowed to change it. The decorations in the restaurant were horrible (please get rid of that Santa!!) mosh mash, dusty and out of place. Also the joke for us was how you’re on all inclusive package but a lot of things are ‘CHARGEABLE’ and the charges are not small! (Any other cocktails, food in the water villa, a la carte dining, drinks after midnight etc) Spa was lovely and the staff there were very nice but bear in mind to add $10 if you want an outdoor treatment (I’d say it was worth it but it should be included rather than forced). The trip from airport to the resort was supposed to take 10-15min but firstly the boat was not there and then (after half an hour waiting) it took 45min to get there. On return we had an actual speed boat and that took 15min! Be aware that there are only 2 flights per day from Male to Gan and even if your plane lands/takes off around midday you’ll need to leave the resort at 3am. The cleaning was not thorough. Same stains left on the surfaces for the whole duration of our stay. Towels are thin, worn out and scratchy. Some excursions were cancelled due go an engine issues. I was hoping to be able to visit next island as it looked very close on a map but there was no opportunity to get there (kayak was free for 1h and then became ‘chargeable’) Overall it wasn’t terrible but it definitely was not what I expected from Maldivian resort. Pay a bit more and find a better hotel!

The place was amazing but very run down. From the restaurant to the rooms. The only place that was nice was the spa. It has fantastic staff., can't big them up enough But the food is definitely not 4/5 star. Also the same food, too many flies on the cold food. Always cake and some watermelon. But you would think there would be more choice on a beautiful island like that. So disappointed.Cocktails were bad. The pool was basic. Not enough sunbeds for the guests. Spoke to the manager about it and he offered us wine, but that was not what we wanted, we just wanted to rise our concerns about the food and how run down it was. I have been to a different place before and the food was amazing. This place could be better. Just needs bringing up to date. And better food.

The resort is very run down. There was no rep at the airport to greet us as advertised. The Beach Villas had a great view but are outdated and run down, the lighted mirrors didn't work, the outside lighting was poor and the wheels kept coming off the sun loungers when they were moved! We went all inclusive and the food was poor, very repetitive, foisty tasting and not fresh, the choice of beverages was also poor. The spa area is beautiful, the treatments were fantastic as were all the staff but it tended to be the staff who were blamed when anyone made a complaint, which is just wrong, the management need to take responsibility and sort the resort out. the staff are all lovely and as helpful as they can be. The boat on the return journey broke down twice so we were in the dark in the middle of the ocean whilst they fixed it. I would go to the Maldives again but I would not go to this island/resort and I would not recommend it.
